About the Project

A Waterfront Tower with a Famous Name

Shah Rukh Khan has worked with Danube Properties for many years. Shahrukhz Residences is one of the towers that now carries his name, and it is built for people who want a home with a story behind it.

The 3 penthouses at the top have interiors designed by Gauri Khan, a well known interior designer and Shah Rukh Khan's wife. Only 3 of these homes exist.

The King theme runs through the whole building. Every apartment comes fully furnished, so you can move in or rent it out from the day you get your keys.
